Terms of Service for the Official Newroz SC Application

Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to the official application (the 'App') of Newroz Sports Club ('Newroz SC,' 'the Club,' 'we,' 'us'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Club. These Terms govern your use of the App, including the creation of a user account, the purchase of official match tickets ('Tickets'), and the purchase of official merchandise ('Products') from our Store. By creating an account or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App.

User Accounts

• Account Creation: Accounts can be created using third-party social login services (e.g., Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In).
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for the security of your social login credentials.
• Termination of Accounts: Newroz SC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion and without prior warning if you violate any of these Terms, particularly those related to the unauthorized resale of Tickets.

Terms of Sale: Match Tickets

• Pricing and Payment: A purchase is considered final, confirmed, and binding immediately upon successful payment processing. Ticket prices may vary by match.
• Ticket Purchase Limits: We reserve the right to limit the number of Tickets purchased per user for any match (e.g., 3 for Standard zones, 6 for Family/VIP zones). Limits will be displayed during purchase.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed, your original Ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is officially canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a credit in your App account equal to the Ticket's value for future purchases. Cash refunds will not be issued.
• Flexible Ticket Refunds: Tickets explicitly marked as 'Flexible' or 'Flex' are eligible for a refund if the request is made at least four (4) hours prior to the match's scheduled start time. Standard tickets are non-refundable.
• Prohibition of Resale: The unauthorized resale of Tickets (scalping) is strictly forbidden. Violators will have their Tickets canceled without a refund and their account permanently terminated.
• Stadium Entry: All attendees are subject to the stadium's rules and security screening. Newroz SC is not liable if you are denied entry for failure to comply with these regulations.

Terms of Sale: Merchandise Store

• Order Confirmation: An order for Products is considered final and binding immediately upon successful payment processing.
• Shipping: Shipping is available to all governorates within Iraq. We do not provide estimated delivery times.
• Returns and Exchanges Policy: Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the Product. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags. Newroz SC will handle the costs of return shipping.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized Products, such as jerseys with a specific name or number, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

User Conduct and Content

This App is for informational and transactional purposes. It does not include features for users to post public content. You agree not to misuse the App for any unlawful purpose.

Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, or reasons beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content within this App, including the Newroz SC name, logos, text, and software, is the property of Newroz SC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use this content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Newroz SC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information and content within it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newroz SC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Any legal dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Sulaymaniyah.
